- Land Clearing (with haul-off): $8,000–$12,000 per acre, depending on density and disposal requirements.
- Grading / Bucket Dirt Work: Pricing varies by project scope. Estimated range is $1,200–$1,800 per acre.
- Residential Structure Demolition: $8.00–$15.00 per square foot, based on structure size and complexity.
Minimum Service Requirements

- Forestry Mulching: 4-hour minimum at $1,500.
